Playa del Reducto
Who love beaches usually really likes Playa del Reducto. It is one of the main places for the relax in Arrecife, where local people and tourists go.
Playa del Reducto is a urban beach, natural with about 500 metres longitude. It is protected by a reef and for this reason its waters are calm, it’s the perfect place where you can go with children.
This beach remembers the Caribbean for its nice palmtrees. There are a lot of services, a promenade with many shops, restaurants and bars.
Playa de El Cable
In addition to Playa del Reducto, there are other beaches in Arrecife, more isolated from the city center. For example Playa de El Cable, ubicated in a urbanization with the same name.
It is a natural beach with 300 metres of longitude and white sand. It’s very windy with moderate waves. There are no facilities for visitors, for this reason it is not so popular as Playa del Reducto.
Playa de la Concha
Playa de la Concha is in the urbanizaton of La Concha, and it is an other option of beach in Arrecife. There are 250 metres of golden and fine sand, the waters are calm and there are a lot of facilities along the promenade.
If you ask for information about this beach, local people probably will talk to you mentioning Playa de Arencibia or Playa de la Charca. Don’t worry, it’s the same beach.
